CONSULTING SERVICES


 

Surinder recognizes that every business has unique needs, is flexible as to how the Client wants to engage his services, and only wants to be engaged if he can provide value-add.


He typically first works with the senior leadership of the company under NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) to understand the specific challenges that need to be addressed.  The parties can then mutually determine if he can help address these.


The relationship is formalized under a Consulting Services Agreement (CSA) that defines the scope of work and his fees.  The financial terms can be an hourly rate, monthly retainer, or a fixed fee; plus any travel expenses related to the project.  The Client can either engage him directly as a vendor, or he can work through an existing vendor already working for the Client.


Once engaged, he prefers collaborating with an internal team
that can leverage his background and skills.  This generally includes understanding and discussing the issues in detail, brainstorming new ideas, sharing best practices, strategic planning, and providing thought leadership content for use in internal and external messaging.


His consulting engagements typically last 90 days.
